This is the first It's Alive video I've watched since the BA Test kitchen fell apart last summer. I was so nervous itd be weird and different, so happy that Brad is still Brad and the editing didn't change. I def miss him interacting with the kitchen staff but I'm happy i can watch Brad again

Don't put too much onions in tomato sauce: was it, 2 Greedy Italians, Gennaro Contaldo and Antonio Carluccio? I go a quarter to a third onions, sweet, no need for spoon of sugar.

Hey Brad (even tho I think you won't see this comment under the huge avalanch of messages), how is your stance to fermentation pipes? You seem to have used new lids on another episode but I never saw an actual fermentation pipe. Those makes it super easy for the gas to go out but don't let the deadly air come in. With that you don't need to babysit your fermentation products anymore.
