I love this woman and her cooking, but seriously some of these ingredients are real tough to source. I'm sure I could just substitute the king mushrooms for button ones and instead of caulilini maybe just regular califlower. But you're killing me with the ingredients. haha. This is like a $40 pasta.

she's amazing and it's definitely super nice to watch someone who knows what they're talking about, but can we please stop with the 35 ingredients recipes................... like ? where tf am i gonna find caulibididbi and 4 different types of mushrooms........ and honestly same goes for most of the recipes recently uploaded. i'm all for one cool secret ingredient that i will patiently source and/or wait for it to be in season in order to make a certain recipe, but not 50% of the ingredients. and sure i could swap out some of the things, but i also think specific ingredients do matter and not any herb can be swapped with any other, or any shroom, or any brassica. y'all got me up.

Lmoa. View count has gone down drastically since the new people took over. Bon Appetit used to have more than 1M views on each video but once these guys took over, now its max is in the thousands. I also don't like the new people so I guess I'm done here.

It was kosher salt. Since this is bon appetit it's probably diamond crystal kosher salt. She didn't put as much in as it looks because the grains are very big unlike table salt where the grains are very small.

Yeah, this brand of salt actually behaves differently than other types. It has to do with the crystal structure and size. I think of it like powdered sugar has a different weight per volume than granulated or caster sugar does.

Folks were complaining about inequality in pay between the staff and wanted BA to pay their staff fairly. They weren't complaining about too many white people or that there were a lack of minorities. Not sure how this is PC?? But most BA staff quit on their own as a protest to BA. Since Adam resigned not sure if they're paying this current staff all fairly now??
