With a food culture built on capitalism you're bound to be left with cheap bland overrated food with funny names. Pop tarts, Tater tots, Twinkies, etc, are foods often named in american movies and TV-series and when we see that over in Europe we imagine it as something tasty and wonder why they don't sell thos in our food stores. Because, wadda you know, they taste like someone ate a huge cotton candy and then shat it out for you. Tater tots for example is poor mans food, gut filler, over here. Twinkies are equal to the cheapest store bought sponge cakes you can find in every store here. And pop tarts are just disgusting, it's beyond me how you can even eat that crap
