Those creators made BA's USposts channel what it is now. You can watch any cooking channel make a pork chop, BA was special because the personalities on the show were easy to connect with and funny, it wasn't just good food and recipes. Due to Covid, we're using kitchen sets for the time being, because we can control the amount of people present. Trying to keep it as safe as possible while still getting you guys content!

They might not be using the Test Kitchen anymore. It might be more cost-efficient to use studio kitchens. You have to realize not only Adam but other people lost their job. They downsized, and they're subleasing their floors at World Trade Center.

that's a myth. Back in the days the regulations for pork were more loose, leaving bacterias parasites and such to be present in undercooked pork. Not in all of it but it was a way not to take any risks. But today, pork is safe to eat, that's why the recommended temperature to cook pork is so low.
